About the program

Mer Film has invited producers with connections to Western Norway to apply for our new talent program. The program aims to strengthen the producer through international networking, increased project development, and individual follow-up.

The talents who have been selected will receive a custom-made program designed to support the participants' ambitions for development and goal achievement. Together with mentors inside and outside Mer Film, the producer will receive help in defining their goals, guidance along the way, and a plan for achieving as much as possible during the period of the program. The individual program period may vary depending on the participants' needs and goals.
