SYNOPSIS
BRIGHT NIGHTS is a heartfelt story about a father and his son, trying to mend their relationship after years of absence and lack of communication. He brings his son for a trip to the north of Norway as an effort to make things right for the relationship between them and for himself. The majestic surroundings works as a beautiful backdrop for the dream-like state the father is in and where he is forced to wake up and take action to save the relationship to his son before it is too late.
DIRECTOR
BRIGHT NIGHTS is written and directed by Thomas Arslan, and participated in the main competition at the Berlin Movie Festival with his previous feature film GOLD (2013).
